NOTES ABOUT TICKETS AND COSTS

 

"Setup Sunday" the 14th of April There is no cost/ticket needed to come on site and setup during "Setup Sunday" the 14th of April. If you want to stay Overnight on "Setup Sunday" then you will need a Pre-event Ticket for Sunday.


"Pre-Event Monday" the 15th of April To be on site on "Pre-Event Monday" you will need a Pre-event ticket for Monday. If you want to stay Overnight on "Pre-event Monday" then you will need a Pre-event Ticket for Monday.


"Pre-Event Tuesday" the 16th of April Anyone who is booked for the full event can be onsite on "Pre-Event Tuesday" with no additional fee. Anyone who is booked for the full event can stay overnight on "Pre-event Tuesday" with no additional fee.


Game On - Wednesday April 17th to Easter Monday April 22nd These days are self explanatory using normal event booking rules. Overnight stays on Easter Monday (April 22nd) are included in your full event booking.


"Packdown Tuesday" the 23rd of April While people must strictly be off site, fully packed, all traces of rubbish/ashes/straw/horse poo/humans removed with you or disposed of in designated receptacles, before our booking finishes, there is no charge for being on site on "Packdown Tuesday".




FAMILY RATES

Even though there are family rates available, there are no separate family tickets.  If you are booking for a family, please contact festivalbookings@lochac.sca.org to make arrangements.
